Shipping policy

SHR DEALS provides free standard shipping on every eligible order to the destinations we currently serve.

There is no minimum order value required for our standard free-shipping service unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Our normal delivery estimates are:

These are estimated business-day delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

If a product has a different delivery estimate, the information shown on the relevant product page or during checkout should take priority.

Order processing

Orders may require processing before dispatch. Where possible, processing time is included within the delivery estimate displayed to customers.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy periods may begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order is dispatched.

Tracking events can sometimes take time to update after a parcel leaves a warehouse.

Multiple parcels

Because SHR DEALS offers products supplied through different fulfilment locations, an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Delivery locations

We currently intend to serve customers throughout:

• United Kingdom
• Supported European countries
• United States

Available delivery countries will be shown during checkout.

If Shopify does not allow you to complete checkout for your destination, we currently cannot ship that order to your location.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment or dispatch has started.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• The address supplied was incorrect
• Delivery was repeatedly refused
• The customer failed to collect the parcel after reasonable notification

the parcel may be returned.

Contact us if this occurs so we can review the available options.

Delayed orders

International deliveries can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs processing
• Carrier disruption
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Transportation delays
• Peak shopping periods
• Border or security inspections

If your parcel is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Lost parcels

If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost, contact us.

We will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment provider and provide an appropriate resolution where the parcel is confirmed lost.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Free shipping refers to the shipping charge and does not necessarily mean that an international shipment is exempt from customs duties, import taxes or other governmental charges.

Where duties and import taxes are collected by SHR DEALS during checkout, they will be shown to you before payment.

Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities, unless we specifically state that duties are included.

International merchants should clearly disclose shipping and import-tax arrangements, and Shopify notes that duties and import taxes may apply to cross-border orders.

United States imports

Customs rules can change. Customers should rely on the charges and information displayed during checkout and any applicable customs requirements at the time an order is imported.
